In this course you will take an in depth look at two of the most commonly found conditions in your massage therapy practice.  Upper and Lower Crossed Syndrome.  Learn to identify these conditions through accurate assessment, and follow up on your findings with precise corrective techniques.

In the Upper Crossed Syndrome portion you will learn to assess and correct difficult neck issues, shoulder girdle dysfunction, upper back pain, dowager's humps, TOS, pinched nerves, scoliosis, rib pain and much more.

In the Lower Crossed Syndrome portion of this course we will look at the relationship of low back pain and hip dysfunction.  You will take a tour through the biomechanics of the lumbar spine, Sacroiliac joint, explore iliosacral dysfunction, learn the firing pattern order of the walking cycle, and investigate how this relates to low back pain.  We will treat adhesive hip capsules, turn on weak and inhibited muscles, and create balance in the pelvis to relieve lower body aches and pains.  It is said that 90% of Americans experience low back pain in their lifetime.

This is a fun and innovative approach to soft tissue manipulation, all classes use computer generated images of anatomy along with cadaver imagery of the tissues at hand.  You will enjoy Geoffrey's energetic teaching style and appreciate his understanding of your learning style.
