MyoFascial Techniques May 12-23, 2010 This course is designed to analyze the anatomy and physiology of the body's fascial network, and to understand how to use manual myofascial techniques in bodywork treatments. We will consider BioMechanical Principles, Fluid-Model Dynamics, and Chi/Energy Body as distinct layers and systems that can be manually treated in order to facilitate release and optimize movement and comfort in the human body. The health and fluidity of the vast interconnected fascial network in the human body is vital to metabolic health and function, and upon completion of this course, students will be equipped with a variety of assessment and treatment techniques in order to bring about a healthier state of being in our clients.
