In the Level 1 training, students are introduced to the 'front body' Thai Massage protocol.  This protocol also includes some techniques for the back and head.  Students learn techniques for initiating energy movement through the body. Thai meridians, main energy lines, pressure points and techniques, for facilitating the body's physical, psychological, and spiritual balance are presented.  Deeply focused abdominal work is included in this level.  The Level 1 training introduces the student to the system of Thai Massage, its basic moves, and how the practitioner smoothly transitions from one technique to the next.
