Polarity Therapy is a synergy of Western and Eastern thought regarding the concept and reality of energy and its flow. Dr. Stone, Polarity's creator, maintained that structural manipulation, internal cleansing, and dietary changes, although powerful tools, were not enough to bring lasting results. Dr. Stone studied many near and far Eastern concepts of healing and found that the missing link was simply energy. This class is an exploration into the concepts of energy, the different ways to contact, observe and direct flows, and clear or move energy.
